Bucket of Lemons beverages are handcrafted by Lemonade Ventures LLC, doing business as “Bucket of Lemons.” Please review the following important information before consuming our products.
1. Fresh, Perishable Products
Our lemonades are made from freshly squeezed juice and are not pasteurized unless otherwise labeled. Fresh-squeezed juices are perishable and should be consumed promptly or kept refrigerated at or below 40°F (4°C). Discard any beverage left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours (1 hour when ambient temperature exceeds 90°F / 32°C).
2. Unpasteurized Juice Advisory
WARNING: Unpasteurized juice may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, pregnant women, and persons with weakened immune systems. If you are in one of these groups, please consult a physician before consuming unpasteurized products.
3. Allergen Information
- Our beverages may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including fruit ingredients (e.g., strawberry, mango), botanical ingredients (e.g., lavender, mint), and spices (e.g., chili in Spicy Mango).
- All flavors are prepared with shared equipment. We cannot guarantee any beverage is free of cross-contact with allergens.
- If you or your guests have food allergies, please note them at booking. We will take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee an allergen-free product or environment.
4. Ingredient Transparency
Ingredient lists for each flavor are available on request at any event or by emailing hello@bucketoflemons.com. Our beverages contain natural sugars; nutritional estimates are available on request and are approximate.
5. Citrus Sensitivity
Our products are citrus-based and naturally acidic. Individuals with citrus allergies or sensitivities, acid reflux, or related conditions should exercise caution.
6. Regulatory Compliance
We operate in accordance with applicable Colorado retail food regulations and local health department requirements, including permit requirements for temporary and mobile food vending where applicable.
7. Reporting Concerns
If you experience an adverse reaction or have a quality concern about any of our products, stop consuming the product and contact us immediately at hello@bucketoflemons.com with the event date and flavor so we can investigate.
