Welcome to Bucket of Lemons. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at bucketoflemons.com (the “Site”) and the services offered through it. The Site is operated by Lemonade Ventures LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as “Bucket of Lemons” (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
2. Event Bookings and Payments
Event bookings made through the Site are subject to our Event Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. Your use of Stripe’s checkout is also subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.
3. Food Products
Our products are handcrafted beverages. Please review our Food Safety Disclaimers for important information about ingredients, allergens, and consumption.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including the Bucket of Lemons name, logo, recipes, text, graphics, and images — are owned by Lemonade Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEMONADE VENTURES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lemonade Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
